Stephanie’s go get ‘em personality made her a successful mortgage broker for 10 years before she became a real estate agent. She has a broad knowledge base on both sides of the transaction and is able to answer questions to make your transactions run smoothly. As a Seattle native, born and raised, Stephanie has a unique perspective on the market. She lives in Seattle with her partner, four children, two cats and a dog! She loves the theater and symphony, she loves to run and enjoys all of the great restaurants Seattle has to offer.
Karla’s attention to detail is second to none! As a pastry chef and a paralegal details are everything! Being active in investing and flipping homes with her husband, it seemed like a natural transition for Karla to become a licensed broker herself and help others to achieve their dream of homeownership or investing in real estate. Karla is a Washington native, living and raising a family in Seattle for the last 27 years. With her children grown, she now has the time to really get to know her clients and make every transaction personal.
